We ship worldwide. Every shipment is fully insured for its declared value, securely packed and sent with door-to-door tracking via major international couriers.
- Insurance: all parcels are insured in transit for the full value of the stones.
- Tracking: you receive a tracking number as soon as the parcel is dispatched.
- Packaging: discreet, secure packaging designed for loose gemstones.
- Customs: import duties and taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient. We provide all accompanying documents for customs clearance.
If you are attending one of the gem shows we exhibit at, you can also arrange to collect your stones in person at our booth or at the Bangkok showroom.
